Hyperhidrosis and Herbal teas - Recipes To Control Excessive Sweating!

These people will be better able to guide you along the right path, and help you to choose the herbs which are best for you. Remember, I’m not a qualified medical practitioner or herbalist.

The remedies I give you here are for informational purposes only. If you are going to try these out, I strongly urge you to seek professional assistance.

For information on how often and for how long you can take each of these safely, please confer with a trained herbalist. They can tell you which herbs can be taken on a daily basis, and which herbs can only be taken for a certain time frame.

Sweat relieving tea

This is a great tasting tea and can be drunk at any time of day.
You will need: 3 tsp fresh Sage leaves (dried will also do)
1tsp of dried stinging Nettle
1tsp of dried Hops
1 tsp of fresh Strawberry leaves (dried will also do)
1 tsp of fresh Walnut leaves
1 tsp of fresh Rose petals
4 cups of Water

Preparation: Place the water in a suitable saucepan, enamel is best, and bring to a boil. Add the herbs into the boiling water and cover the pan.

Remove from the heat almost immediately and set aside to steep for about one hour. Strain the tea, add honey to taste if you need it.
